We include a pack of fail-safe starters with each boxed carton of 6 logs. Place 2 logs parallel to each other in your fireplace. Place the starter between them, then place 2 more logs across the tops of the two bottom logs. Light the starter and relax.
If you buy our logs in bulk, ask your retailer if they stock solid starters. If a starter is unavailable, chop one log into bagel thick sections and use kindling to start the fire. (Choose Movie)
